Easy to set-up and the video quality is very good. Free iPhone apps from Foscam is very good, smooth and easy to use. I can view the camera at home, at work or anywhere as long as you have wifi or 3g connection. Email notification is good. Using other apps can even take photo, record video with voice. Only complain is expensive.

Good product. Works as discribed and I have no issues so far. I could find some Foscam replica but I couldn't risk trying them.
Highly recommended.

Very nice camera, for monitoring activity around the house. Excellent picture, easy set-up, responsive to commands and very straight forward installation. Highly recommended. I now have 3 of these cameras and I am very please with all of them,
I have set them up to email me and also to ftp on my nas and it all works as it should be. I need to calibrate the sensitivity but once this is done the whole system will be complete.

At first I was a bit worried about all the negative reviews and warnings about Foscam employees apparently giving 5 start reviews (see the other listings for this model). This particular items is sold as two identical boxes of the F18910W model in white plastic (which I thought would be more domestic friendly).
In the end, I didn't really have any problems settiing up this system and getting it running immediately on my Mac OS X 10.7.3 operating system with Safari browser. One thing I did notice was that the audio didn't appear to work in Safari. Even after downloading the VLC plugin it still failed to work in Safari. However, when I used an app on an iPhone or iPad (IP Cam Viewer) then all worked well - even two way communcaiton. I believe that Foscam have their own application for monitoring - which I haven't yet tried.
The Quick Installation Guide and CD-ROM all worked well and the instructions were actually very clear and helpful. My Router is a Billion 7800N.
To get the initial cameras to work on the LAN was very quick. Accessing the cameras over the Internet was fairly easy too and I used the Dynamic DNS service provider called no-ip.com to get a DNS name (although the camera base refers to a Foscam web site which I haven't yet tried).
The quality of the video is very good (colour in daylight, monochrome at night using in-built infra-red light). Visibilty is good even when using IR light.
Sound quality is good too - although talkback quality is barely comprehensible.
I have found that the cameras have stopped one of my two baby monitors (SureSound 302T) from working - it works when the camera is off, and doesn't when the camera is on. I think it's a proximity thing and keeping the two units well apart might solve the problem.
In short, this does everything I need as a baby monitor.
One word of warning: if you buy the white version rather than black then the base will flicker because a network LED flickers constantly. This can be disconcerting and, I guess, the black version doesn't suffer from this. The flickering cannot be disabled either. This is a minor issue.
