Once you figure it out this camera is great! For me the best point being it's night vision, it's really really good. I've got this camera installed a good 100m away from the house down a remote driveway, in total darkness at night and it can still see everything. Very impressive.

I had several issues with the camera however.. the web interface is horrific, absolutely awful! I've got this working (finally) with iSpy for windows and that takes care of the motion detection and everything like that.

A massive problem area for me was the POE, this camera did not power up from my Cisco 3550L PWR switch and had to purchase a new netgear switch.. but it works great now.

A problem i'm yet to solve is the bracket this camera comes shipped with, its cheap flimsy metal that does not look like it will stand any weathering outside. However it looks to attach to the camera using a standard camera tripod mount, so hopefully an easy fix.

Overall this is a good camera with amazing night vision at a good price, i will be ordering a few more, but i would advise you to use iSpy for windows (its free) or ZoneMinder (on linux) to manage alerts / motion detection as the cameras factory interface is barely useable
